We offer one exchange per boot per order, and boots must be in brand-new condition, not having been worn outside. Exchange boots will be the same model as the original order.</li><li>All boot orders except RTS and Factory Seconds are eligible for one exchange. We do issue return labels for size exchanges</li><li>If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end, we issue a return label. This exchange does not count as the one free size exchange, however we always recommend that you try on the boot to confirm sizing if possible.&#xA0;</li></ul>
