Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days from the original shipment date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Please note that when returning for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and Nicks is not able to issue return labels and deduct the cost from the refund amount. Some Build Your Own models have a $50 non refundable deposit as stated on the product.
- **Shipping Charges from the original order are non-refundable once an order is marked as shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items;
Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
Returns received in damaged/worn condition
Factory Seconds boots
Original shipping charges & fees after an order is marked as shipped
Final Sale or Close Out items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
Mismate size boots
Boots with custom upper adjustments or hand-cut patterns
Boots destroyed or damaged, or with general signs of wear and tear.
Exchanges
- Nicks will exchange any quick ship, classic, or custom configuration boot in new condition, within 30 days from the day the order is marked as shipped. We offer one exchange per boot per order, and boots must be in brand-new condition, not having been worn outside. Exchange boots will be the same model as the original order.
- All boot orders except RTS and Factory Seconds are eligible for one exchange. We do issue return labels for size exchanges
- If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end, we issue a return label. This exchange does not count as the one free size exchange, however we always recommend that you try on the boot to confirm sizing if possible.
