Authentication 

  • Our Work Boots receive a stamp, and the Heritage line will have a tag sewn into the inside! We cannot accept customizations to change what the boot you ordered will receive. We are not able to accept custom stamping request such as stamping a name, date, or logo onto the boots.

Medical needs 

  • Unfortunately, we can not build our boots to accommodate your insoles or custom orthotics, nor can we guarantee your orthotics will work in out boots. We do not build boots to accommodate medical needs specifically.
  • We are able to add extra stacks of leather into the heels of our boots for heel lifts! We just ask that you send us a doctor's note detailing exactly the type, how much lift, and to which boot. Once you have that information, place the order for the boot you want online then send us the order number and doctor's note. We will make sure to finalize your order with this request! 

Custom Boots

  • Mismates (different sizes for each boot)? These are not eligible for returns or refunds for any circumstances other than factory defects.
  • Custom Uppers? These are not eligible for returns or refunds for any circumstances other than factory defects.
  • If there are any compatibility issues with the customization, Nicks will reach out to get the order corrected.

Quick Ship Boots

  • Quick Ship order changes are limited to size only. Size changes must be within the options available on said product listing.
