- Ready To Ship and Factory Seconds* boots are already built, pre-configured models, most often the result of a return or cancellation from another customer. For this reason, the boots may show signs of wear, have a few more scuffs or marks, or have manufacturer's defects - we clearly note any defects on the product listing. We price all boots according to their condition and are not able to discount them further; however, we periodically run sales on in-stock boots. - Ready To Ship boots are returnable for a refund or store credit towards a new pair. Because of their discounted price/free shipping and immediate shipment, we do not do size exchanges on these boots as this would dramatically increase our return rate on these products.
- Ready To Ship returns for refunds: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the boots to Nicks, using their carrier of choice. Boots returned in a used condition may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This is determined upon inspection when Nicks receives the boots back.
