If you are a U.S. based customer, we will send a return label.
International customers are responsible for shipping the items back as we do not have a way to issue a label - we may help cover shipping fees depending on the situation. This will be discussed when finalizing the inspection or warranty order.
We will pay for shipping the items or replacements back to you once the inspection or warranty order has been completed.
