Lost packages
Due to the size and weight of packages, orders may take longer than average to arrive. For US customers, we ask that you please allow up to 21 days from the date the order is marked as shipped to file a missing mail claim with the carriers.”
For international customers, due to shipment processing, customs clearance, and distance, we ask that you please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive before filing a missing mail claim.
Once the claim is closed, if they were unable to locate the package, please let us know and we will either get an identical replacement order started under a rush, or refund you to store credit.
*Please note that lost packages are not eligible to be refunded to any method other than store credit.
** Orders shipped to a freight forwarding company are not eligible to be replaced or refunded.
Damaged packages
- We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] and include photos of the damaged items or package.
- We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for USPS expedited shipping delays. If you selected and paid for priority mail shipping with an estimated delivery date, and your package took longer than the quoted time to be delivered, you may reach out to USPS to request a refund for your shipping here. Selecting an expedited shipping option does not impact your lead time in any way.
All items on a single order are shipped out together, at the longest standing lead time of the products ordered.
If you choose to have your order shipped to a Freight Forwarding Company and the package does not arrive at your address but is marked as Delivered to the address provided on the order, we will not offer a replacement or refund. If your package has not been delivered to you, you will need to work directly with the freight forwarding company for any further assistance.
We are not able to discount or change the cost of shipping; it is calculated based on the address provided and the carrier selected
International Shipping
- *Free shipping for US Customers only; international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We do not cover or reimburse international return shipping, nor unexpected fees, duties, or tariffs.
