Belts - 

• If you are unhappy with your belt for any reason, and it is still in brand-new, unworn condition. Please mail it back to the address below with the original order number in the package, and we will issue you a refund once it's received. 
  - *Please note, when returning and/or exchanging a belt, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, using their carrier of choice

• All belt orders are eligible for one exchange. We do not issue return labels for belt exchanges
• If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end. We issue a return label. This exchange does not count as your one free size exchange. We always recommend trying on the belt to confirm sizing if possible.
• Belts can be returned for a refund as long as they are in like-new condition. Belts returned in used condition will be charged a restocking fee

Accessories 

• Accessories can be returned for a refund as long as they are unused and in new condition. 

• We do not issue return labels for items being returned for a refund. 

• Accessories are not eligible for exchange except in the case of damage or a factory defect.
