Marketplace

  • With Nicks Marketplace, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. If the product arrives in a damaged or altered state different from what the original advertised condition was by the Seller, you may open a dispute by reaching out to: [email protected]

    •  All disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the package arriving. No exceptions. Sizing issues are ineligible for disputes.

  • If we do not hear from you within 3 business days of the shipment arriving, the funds will be released to the Seller.

  • You will receive a Nicks Gift Card for the total value that you sell them for on the Marketplace. At this time, we are not paying out Sellers with cash or credit in any other form.

  • Marketplace is limited to U.S. Domestic sales only.

  • Upon initial submission, you are allowed one listing. Once your first listing sells, we open up the platform for you to have multiple listings at a time.

  • Nicks will carefully consider every submission and reserves the right to decline submissions for any reason.

  • We kindly request that boots be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your prepaid shipping label. If shipment is not initiated within this period, a team member will reach out with a reminder email. Please note that failure to ship the boots within 2 business days of this reminder will result in order cancellation and the removal of the listing from our site.

  • All payment to Sellers is sent in the form of Nicks gift cards for 100% of the selling price you have listed after the Buyer receives the boots and confirms that they match the listing.
